1.Papaya + honey

Papaya is a gem to eat and also to apply😅. Papaya treats the dark spots because it contains so many vitamins and minerals which can improve your skin texture. 

All you need is 

Raw papaya
1 tbsp Honey


Take a raw papaya, peel it off and cut into small  pieces, blend it and strain the juice.
Take a bowl, add 1 tbsp of papaya juice and honey. Mix well. 
Apply on your face for 15 minutes then wash off. Use this recipe daily. 

2. Aloe vera
You heard of aloe vera gel for acne but do you know aloe vera can reduce spots as well. It has the properties of anti -aging and skin nourishment which can treat the spots. 


Take an aloe vera leaf, cut into half.
Rub it on your skin then leave it for 15 minutes. 

Wash off and pat dry. Use this remedy daily. 

3. Potato

Potato has proven to be really really effective for lightening the skin color that means it can reduce the dark spots as well. 

Cut a potato into half, rub it on your face and leave it for 15 minutes then wash off. 

Peel off the potato, grate it and take out its juice.
Take a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of potato juice and aloe vera gel.
Apply it on your face for 15 minutes then wash off.  Do this twice a week. 

4. Coconut oil
The Most simple and well-known remedy for dark spots is coconut oil. Coconut oil lightens and brightens the skin color and makes your skin soft and supple. 


Take 3-4 drops of coconut oil on your palm, rub your palm.
Apply it on your face, massage gently.
Do this before sleeping every night. 

5. Rosewater

Rosewater is so refreshing and cooling on the skin. It treats the dark spots and lightens and brightens the skin color. It also makes your skin glowing and soft. 


Apply rose water in the morning and before sleeping.
Wash your face with a gentle face wash. After that apply rose water as a toner.
Do this daily for better results. 

Sun exposure is one of the factors that cause dark spots on the skin. Melanin is produced by our skin which is responsible for the skin color and long exposure to the sun triggers the more production of melanin and this causes the dark spots.
So, the most vital solution of this is to apply sunscreen every day when heading out. Whether it is the cloud, raining, winter or summer sunscreen is a must for every day to protect your skin from harmful sunrays.
