THE BEST SKINCARE ROUTINE FOR DRY SKIN TYPES
Dry skin individuals face a lot of problems. Whatever products and creams they use , but still suffers from the dry and flaky skin. It happens due to lack of proper skincare and guidance. In this article I will tell you everything about day and night skincare routine.
MORNING SKINCARE ROUTINE
1. Cleansing
Wash your face just gently with a good face wash according to your skin. Face wash is necessary if you have unclear skin and you wanna go out. But if you are at home just wash your face with water don't use face wash. How to choose best face wash for you? I will explain it below.
2. Use rose water(toner)
After cleansing your face apply rose water with the help of a cotton ball. Drop 5-6 drops of rose water on your cotton ball and apply gently on your face. Dabur rose water is good one to choose.
3. Apply moisturizer
Now, moisturizer is really really important for you. Dry skin has lack of hydration and moisturization so that only a good moisturizer can help you. Choose thick moisturizer for yourself, light moisturizer can't really help you. You can use Nivea moisturizer for this, this cream is so thick and best for dry skin. You can choose any moisturizer that suits your skin. Now apply it, let it absorb.
4. Sunscreen

5.Honey face pack
Honey is boon for dry skin, it works as natural moisturizer and nourishes the skin. It soothes the skin and makes it soft ,supple and glowing. How great is that? It also removes the flaky skin very easily without scrubbing.
Ingredients
1 teaspoon honey
Half teaspoon rose water
What you have to do is?
Mix the above two ingredients well. Apply on your face evenly. Leave it for 15 minutes then wash with normal water.
Use this face pack twice in a week to pamper your skin.
NIGHT SKINCARE ROUTINE
1. Cleansing
Wash your face with a good face wash that suits your skin. At night, cleansing is very important, don't skip. Wash your face gently with face wash in circular motion for 1 minute. Cleanse thoroughly.
2. Use rose water(toner)
As I explain above in morning skincare routine, you have to do the same at night to soothe your skin. It keeps your skin fresh and clear.
3. Apply moisturizer
Apply a thick moisturizer on your face as I explained above. This is the most important part of the skincare routine.
So, these are the simple steps of skincare routine for dry skin, if you follow these steps it really helps you. This skincare routine is perfect if you are not using makeup.
How to choose a right face wash?
Now, the point comes on how to choose the face wash for yourself. There are few points you should bear in mind while choosing the face wash.
✅ Paraben and sulphate free
✅ It should not be in gel form
✅ Creamy and foaming face wash is good one.
✅ It should be mild and chemical free
✅ Don't choose the face wash which comes in the category of oily and combination skin. Choose dry skin and oily skin type categorized products.
How to choose a moisturizer?
Moisturizer is most vital for dry skin individuals. Be cautious while choosing the moisturizer for your skin type. I am mentioning some points that are basic to pick a good one for yourself.
✅You should choose creamy and thick moisturizer
✅Don't use gel based moisturizer
✅ Paraben and sulphate free
✅ Don't choose fairness cream, it will not cure the dryness.
