If you are not getting the best results from your skincare routine or you are moving to a new routine with unsatisfied results. Then, there is a need to find out your mistakes. Everybody says about the good skincare routines and what you have to do but today I am gonna tell you about those big mistakes that we are not taking seriously.

Some of the mistakes damage our skin like premature aging, pimples, fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation and so on. 

I have also done these mistakes but now and when I know about this then why don't I tell you so that you avoid those mistakes. 

10 MISTAKES

1. Not cleansing in a right way

Cleansing in a right way is really important. You should wash your face only twice in a day. Don't forget to wash your face when coming back home. Don't overdo this because it leads to more oil production. That's enough to wash your only face twice in a day. You should use a mild and gentle cleanser for your skin type. 

2.Not using Sunscreen

Sunscreen protects our skin from the harmful UV rays. As you know protection is really really important even for our skin but many of us ignore this. If you are not applying sunscreen regularly then it damages your skin. It also protects your skin from tanning and premature aging. 

3. Over exfoliation

Exfoliation is necessary for removing dead skin cells and blackheads and so on. But the problems comes when you over- exfoliate your skin. Exfoliation should be done only once in a week before facial. Exfoliate your skin regularly but don't over- exfoliate. 

4. Not applying moisturizer

Moisturizer makes your skin soft and supple. Everyone should apply the moisturizer even oily skin individuals. It makes your skin glowing and also helps to reduce fine line plus protects your skin from premature aging. After face wash moisturizer is a must. Don't skip it. 

5. Not removing makeup

Removing the makeup is essential before going to bed otherwise your skin will start showing wrinkles and you can suffer from premature aging. Makeup contains the harmful substances which can damage the skin layer. 

6. Touching your face

This is such a bad habit of mine to constantly touch my face. Our hands are full germs and bacteria, when we touch your face with dirty hands it causes the pimples break outs on our face. Stop doing this and you will notice the results. 

7. Don't drag your wet skin

This is one of the mistakes many people are doing. You should not drag your wet skin with towel, just pat dry your skin with towel. Dragging your skin can lead to bumps on the skin and premature aging. 

8. Not drinking enough water

Water is a key point for healthy and glowing. No matter how many products you are using but the matter of inner glow is different. Water makes your skin glowing from inside and keeps it healthy. We should drink 4-5 liters of water a day. 

9. Layering skincare

Many people are doing this mistake by using so many products at a time and changing the routine very quickly. Try only one product at a time and don't use many products only once it leads to skin break downs and many other problems which takes a long time to get back to normal. 

10. Picking pimples

I know every teenager done this mistake because I have also done this in my teenage but this causes infection and enlarging the pores to worsen the situation. If you have an acne, blackhead or a whitehead just let it be or you can use skincare to treat them but don't pick it.

Clean your phone's screen daily with a tissue paper because the phone's screen carries lots of bacteria and when you make a phone call then those bacteria get transferred on your face. Wash your pillow covers regularly to avoid bacteria and germs.
