So, in this post I am gonna tell you some homemade toners which you can replace with your market toner or at least you should try it at once. Toner is a part of CTM routine that is Cleansing, toning and moisturizing skincare routine. Earlier, people are not giving importance to this as they think this is only for oily skin and it can dry out our skin but that's not true. Toner is a compulsion for everybody even teenagers.

There are many benefits of toner that is really essential for our skin. Now, let's know the reasons to use it 👇

1. Tightens the pores

Toner tightens the large pores on skin and leaves a flawless skin. Large pores are looking really bad and it turns your face dull so toner is beneficial here to reduce the pores. 

2. Maintains pH balance

Our face's pH balance becomes disbalance by washing our face with alkaline based cleanser. So toner maintains the pH balance of our skin and maintaining pH balance is necessary. 

3.Hydrates the skin

Toner hydrates the skin for a longer period of time. Toner seals the moisturizer in the skin and makes it glowing and hydrating. 

4. Fights the acne

Toner not only clears the unclogged the pores and it also fights the acne with its anti bacterial properties. It also reduces the production of sebum and controls the acne. 

5. Helps the products sink into skin

This toner helps to absorb the next product that is moisturizer, serum etc. And it works as a primer to all products of the next step routine. 

5 DIY homemade natural toners 

Now let's know some amazing homemade toners which you should try. These toners are applicable for all skin types and give you radiant and flawless skin. 

1. Rosewater

Rosewater tightens the pores and gives a beautiful glow to your face. You can try this if you have dry skin. It will not dry out your skin and makes it dewy and beautiful. 

How to use? 

Take a cotton ball. Dip the cotton ball into rose water. 

Apply it to your face gently. Let it dry 

Now apply moisturizer. 

Or, 

Transfer the rose water into a spray bottle. And just spray it on your face then apply moisturizer. 

2. Vinegar

Vinegar hydrates the skin and makes it glowing. It also tightens the pores and also improves skin complexion. 

How to use? 

Take a cotton ball. Dip this into the vinegar. 

Apply it to your face gently. Let it dry. 

Now apply moisturizer. 

3. Green tea

Green tea is not only beneficial for drinking but it is also good for the many skin concerns. Here green tea maintains the pH balance and tightens the pores. 

How to use? 

Take a teabag. Dip it into the hot water. 

Now Take a cotton ball. Dip this into the tea. 

Apply it to your face gently. Let it dry. 

Now apply moisturizer.

4. Ice cube

Yes, you heard this right. An ice cube that is easily available at home can use as a toner for your face. This also tights the pores and reduces the puffiness. 

How to use? 

Take an ice cube. Wrap it in a muslin cloth. 

Rub it on your face gently. 

Let it dry then apply moisturizer. 

5. Cucumber juice 🥒

Cucumber makes the skin radiant and soothes the skin deeply. It also feels fresh and tightens the pores along with maintaining pH balance. 

How to use? 

Take a cucumber. Peel it off. Cut into small pieces and grind it. 

Now take out its juice with the help of a strainer. Take a cotton ball. Dip the cotton ball into its juice. 

Apply it to your face gently. Let it dry 

Now apply moisturizer
