How to stay active and fresh all day

I hope you all are doing well!
As in the Covid-19 pandemic many of us including myself๐ stay at home and do our work. And it's so difficult to work actively then I thought to share these points as it will be a problem for many individuals. Try to add these to your schedule and stay fresh and active.
Now, the points are:-
1. Exercise in the morning
Exercise is a must for every age group. It reveals the stress, increases blood circulation, increases the oxygen supply in the body. The sweaty start to the day can actually make you feel fresh and active all day.
2. Proper sleep
Proper sleep for an adult is 7-8 hours to relax your body as well mind. When you sleep your body repairs the skin, mind and other parts. Put all your work aside and give time to recharge your body from head to toe.
3. Drink lots of water
Water is the fuel for your body because it keeps your body hydrated and fresh from inside. Drink water when you feel hungry and want to eat some junk food. Water is life as you heard, this is 100 percent true. Drink 3-4 liters of water a day.
4. Do healthy breakfast
Breakfast๐ณ☕๐ is the most important source of energy for us. You should include juice, milk, egg and fruits in your breakfast to stay active and fresh. If you will not do a healthy breakfast or skip it then you feel laziness and tardiness the whole day.
5. Bath in the morning
Shower keeps you fresh and smells free. Shower in the morning is the best time because it keeps you fresh all day. If you are very sweaty then try to bath two times a day.
6. Wear clean clothes
Clean clothes are the most important for hygiene. If you will wear dirty clothes then it will makes you feel inactive. Wear comfortable and breathable fabrics especially in summers.
7. Take care of your feet
Feet are a really important part of hygiene but many of us ignore it. But feet sweat is overwhelming for us so wash your feet with soap and clean water daily. Soak your feet in hot water once in a week. Change your socks daily to remove the smell from feet. Apply body powder on your feet before wearing shoes.
8. Use deodorants
Deodorants keep you fresh and active and reduce the smell from your sweaty body. Deodorants are must in summers, apply it after the shower. Many individuals don't have a smelly and sweaty body so it's not necessary for them.
9. Include fruits in your day
Fruits are very energetic and digest very fast so you can think about how good is this for your body. They are rich in vitamins, minerals and so on that are really good for healthy and fresh face. Eat seasonal fruits, they are best at that time.
10. Meditation
Meditation is such a great therapy to relax your body, mind and soul. Meditate in the morning after exercise and before breakfast. Meditate yourself for 5 minutes and see the difference.
11. Moisturizer
Keep your moisturizer handy because it is a quick way to fresh up anytime and anywhere. Moisturizer hydrates your skin and keeps you fresh from outside.
12.Brush your teeth twice a day
A Clean mouth and fresh breath is the best feeling and it comes from the brushing your teeth daily. Dirty mouth is the dirty feeling and we don't like to talk to a person who has a shabby mouth. Spend 5-6 minutes to brush your daily properly.
You can also use mouthwash for fresh breath.
13. Clean your personal spaces
Cleaning is most vital to keep your body and mind fresh. Clean your room especially if you have a pet. Clean your car, balcony and plants. Wash your clothes or keep your dirty clothes aside.
14. Drink milk before sleeping
Milk is the best way to wake up fresh in the morning. Add half teaspoon of turmeric or honey in the milk and drink this just before sleeping. It will keep you active and energetic from inside and you will be more able to do your work efficiently.
